JAM Volunteers

Every week, our volunteers show up and work together in their unique roles to create a loving environment for kids. JAM Kids is completely fueled by volunteers. We could not exist without their leadership, expertise and passion.

 

Some of the volunteer roles are:


Small Group Leader
: Serves as the primary role model for the same group of kids each week.

Room Leader: Leads the classroom and coordinates activity transitions.

Storyteller: Teaches the large group bible story in fun and creative ways.

Group Assistant: Provides assistance to small group leaders and room leaders.

Curriculum Prep: Organizes weekly activity and lesson supplies for preschool classes.

Music Leader: Leads large group worship time with high energy.

Stage Design: Decorates the large group spaces to coordinate with the monthly themes.

Check-In Assistants: Greets and assists new families with the check-in process.

Nursery Worker: Cares for children birth to 2 years old.

Children’s Ministry Support: Helps with behind the scenes prep: copy, cut, punch, count, organize, etc.
