Lead Minister

Tim has been with firstChristian since April of 2002, becoming Lead Minister in September of 2007. Tim preaches, leading the staff and working alongside the Elders in setting church direction and overseeing pastoral care. Tim is married to Julie, and they have four adult children. E-mail
Randall Coffin
Executive Minister
Randall has been serving as Executive Minister since 2007. He oversees the overall administration of the church as well as leading Rooted and our other adult discipleship ministries. Randall is married to Lori, and they have two adult children. E-mail
Greg Springer
Worship Arts Minister
Greg joined our staff as the Worship Arts Minister in June of 2007. Greg leads us in worship on Sunday mornings and oversees all areas of our worship arts including our praise teams and visual arts. Greg is married to Jess, and they have two kids. E-mail
Scott McCord
Technical Arts Minister
Scott joined the team as our Technical Arts Minister in 2018 bringing many years of technical expertise in the areas of sound, lighting, and video. He provides technical support for all our ministries. Scott is married to Keira, and they have a son. E-mail
Kristi Carmichael
Kid's Minister
Kristi has played an active role in our kid's ministry team since the early 2000's as a student at Nebraska Christian College. She joined the staff as our Kid's Minister in 2012. Kristi is married to Kirk, and they have three kids. E-mail
Kiah Jackson
Youth Minister

Kiah has been part of our team since 2020, and just recently transitioned to leading our youth programming. Kiah, returns to his original passion of reaching and preparing the next generation. Kiah is married to Courtney and they have 2 kids. E-mail

Discipleship Minister

Tony joined our team in 2024, after having served as one of our elders. Tony has a passion for empowering people for ministry, and helping them take the next steps in their faith. Tony is married to Karen and they have 5 kids. E-mail

In the early Church, Elders were named from within each congregation and given the responsibility of oversight in spiritual matters.
