Sunday Kids

We offer full kids’s programming from birth through 4th grade during both our 9:15am and 11am services. Sunday Morning Kids is divided into two developmental groups to help us better reach your child.

PreK (birth – 5 years)

Jam WonderFirst impressions are important. Our PreK Kids classes help give your child a first impression of their loving heavenly Father and the wonder of His love. We keep it simple and fun, repeating one basic truth about God all month long. Our classes incite wonder in the hearts of preschoolers and help them understand. . .
  • God made me
  • God loves me
  • Jesus wants to be my friend forever
Infants/Toddlers | birth – 2 years
We know that leaving your little one can be overwhelming. Our volunteers in the nursery have been chosen for this age group because of their love for little ones and their training to care for all the needs of your infant or toddler. Our nursery provides a save and fun environment where your child can play, learn about God through songs and stories, and experience positive, loving relationships
Preschool | 2 - 5 years
Our preschool classes use an active, hands-on approach to learning with preschool kids.  Bible stories are presented in fun and creative ways.  You can also plan on a lot of moving, singing, dancing and laughter in every experience.  Be on the lookout for fun crafts and big games that reinforce the lesson’s main point as well.

Elementary (K-4th)

Jam DiscoveryElementary is our weekly environment created especially for your elementary student to discover a living Savior. In Elementary Kids, we believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be really loud and good leaders always care. Before kids head off to middle school, we want to make sure these three things stick:
  • I need to make the wise choice
  • I can trust God no matter what
  • I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
more about the JAM experience
Sunday mornings in Elementary Kids are created around the way kids are naturally wired to discover. The focus is large group worship experience and teaching combined with impactful small group time. We want kids to discover how God’s word fits into their lives, to learn how to talk to Him, and to build relationships that will last.

What to Expect

Each Sunday, staff and volunteers work hard to create a safe and meaningful experience for your children.

New guests

We look forward to seeing you! You are a welcome guest and we hope you and your children have a wonderful first visit. Here are a few things you need to know to help make the day great!
  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the service.
  • Please visit the Children’s Check-In room located in the west hallway – room 132. A check-in assistant will help you register your children and find their classrooms.
  • Let us know of any allergies or health concerns for your child when you register.
  • Please complete the family information form before you leave and return it to the check-in room or your child’s room leader.

Check-In and Security

Our hope is that your child will be fully engaged in Sunday mornings, and we want you to be assured that they will be safe too. Each weekend your child is led by our incredible volunteers. These volunteers love God and think kids are pretty cool too. Each volunteer is trained and screened to ensure your child is going to have a great, but safe time!

Our Children’s Check-In process is as easy as 1,2,3.

Step-by-step check-in instructions
Check In at a Check-In StationAll children ages birth through 6th grade need to check-in at one of our check-in stations. Our assisted check-in station is located in the west hallway – room 132. Quick-pass check-in key fobs are available for returning families and can be requested from the assisted check-in station. Receive Your Family TagsAfter checking in your child, you will receive a nametag for your child, a parent receipt, and an optional diaper bag tag.
  • The child tag will display your child’s name, age/grade, classroom, allergies and unique family code. Place it prominently on your child’s clothing. (For children 3 years and under, place it on the child’s back).
  • Your parent receipt contains a unique matching code. Keep this tag. You will need it to pick up your child.
  • If your child has a diaper bag or other personal item that they will take into the classroom with them, you may print a “bag tag” during the check-in process. Place the tag in a prominent place on the item.
Drop Off Your ChildEscort your child to their classroom. You will be greeted at the door by a classroom leader or assistant, and then you are free to go enjoy the service! After the service is over, you will go directly to the classroom to pick up your child. Your child’s room leader will match the code on your child’s nametag with your receipt. If you have more than one child to pick-up, remember to keep your receipt with you until all children are picked up.
